Actually said out loud 'Oh no!' when the red card came out.
A case of someone being employed purely for their name rather than anything to do with their actual ability or suitability for the job.

Eh?? I didn't hear him say anything bias?? He was giving both sets of players absolute credit as the game went on... he said what a great place Upton Park was under the lights.... he maybe not that good a commentator but don't think there was any bias what so ever... seems like we have a lot of sensitive souls nowadays??

I haven't listened to him so shouldn't really comment but if Sold is taking his side against West Ham fans, then I'm guessing he was wearing a blue shirt and speaking with a mouthful of toffee throughout the game.

Not taking anyone's side Hermit just don;t think his commentary was bias.... gave massive credit to Tomkins for his tackle on Lukaka and credit to Valencia for his finish.... and Adrians penalty save... he could have kept quiet ... and to be fair at times I wish he would....
